Memorial Hermann Health Plan, Inc., Memorial Hermann Health Insurance Company and Memorial Hermann Health Solutions, Inc. (collectively “MHHP”) comply with applicable Federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex.
