Available for all Memorial Hermann Advantage Plans, Mom’s Meals® provides members with (10) meals post-discharge of an in-patient hospitalization stay.
Mom’s meals specializes in providing convenient and nutritious meals that can be delivered to your doorstep, be easily heated and enjoyed at home. They offer a variety of meal options designed to meet the nutritional requirements of seniors, people with chronic illnesses, and others who may have difficulty cooking for themselves.
Members can typically choose from a menu of different dishes, and the meals are delivered frozen or refrigerated, depending on the location and delivery options available.
